200 - 400 sq. ft. per gallon on porous surfaces. Seals grout, concrete, brick, block, saltillo, terra-cotta, quarry, masonry and natural stone. Penetrating sealer that resists most common oil and water-based formula. Apply with a sponge, roller or pump sprayer. Covers 800 - 1200 sq. ft. per gallon on polished or dense surfaces and 200 - 400 sq. ft. per gallon on porous surfaces. 2-3 hours drying time. This water-based coating should be used where demand for excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and wear is required.
