(Geocel Corp.-26600-10Oz Clear Roof Sealant)* - A clear single-component brushable, elastic sealant with rubber-like flexibility that stops leaks immediately and permanently. It is a permanent solution for roof leaks and will stop leaks, even in wet, oily, or icy conditions. It adheres to asphaltic and metal surfaces, sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) as well as EPDM, Hypalon Neoprene, TPO, PVC, and other prefabricated sheets. Fibered for strength and will function in severe UV, heat, acid rain, and foot traffic. 1-step application: Trowel, brush, and leave alone. It is mildew proof and paintable. Cures in 24 hours. Paint, if desired, after it has cured 3 to 5 days. Color is clear.
