Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) moulded sheet (TFS-1): It is obtained by extruding PTFE resin through moulding at room temperature, then heat-treating the extrudate. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) skived sheet (TFS-2): It is obtained by heat-treating the extruded sheet, then rotary cutting it. It can be used as reactions, storage grooves, pipeline, container liner gaskets which work in causticity medium. The materials can be used to lubricate, anti-abrasive and unstick the mechanical glide orbit. It also can be used as insulated materials at any frequency. PTFE molded sheet is manufactured by molding with PTFE granular resin. PTFE is the most chemical resistance of all know plastics.It does not age.It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all know solid materials.

PTFE block sheet is manufactured with moulding method using PTFE granular resin. PTFE is the most chemical-resistant material of all known plastic. Does not age. Has the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials, and a wide range of practical temperature from -180oC ~ +260oC. Applications: lining bearing pads, seals and electrical insulation. Sizes: Thickness: 4 - 100mm. Width x length: 600 x 600mm, 1 x 1m, 1.2 x 1.2m, 1.5 x 1.5m (1.8m sheet can be supplied also). Equipment: Pressurer: 1set, max. pressure 4,200MT. Working platform: 1.75 x 1.75m. Quality standards: Flat surface, no wave. Plus tolerance (4 sides). It can be used to make corrosion-resistant liner, seal, lining and gasket, scrap, guide rail,etc. Virgin Modified PTFE. Exhibits enhanced sealing, weldability, and permeation resistance. Modified PTFE also exhibits a much better machined surface finish.
